Below are examples of past projects.
This drawing was created to show the client a potential subdivision layout with the desired house plans while maximizing their return on the investment. This conceptual plan was able to be created at a low cost to the client using the latest innovations in GIS technology.
This boundary survey was commissioned for a client looking to purchase the property. The client was concerned with the boundary location in relation to the driveway. At the conclusion of this survey, it was revealed that the driveway was not built over the boundary line as shown on the local GIS map. We were also able to determine that the land is encroached upon by the second subdivision unit to the northwest.
This is a re-subdivision of a public cemetery that dates back to the mid 1800's. There was a heavy amount of court house research required for this project.
This is a single lot subdivision. It was required by the City of Knoxville so that a building permit could be issued.
This is an image of a point cloud taken from a drone project in east Knoxville. This point cloud was captured in just a 20 minute flight.
Mortgage inspections are completed for the benefit of a mortgage company. They show the improvements on a property in relation to the boundary line. They are not a boundary survey and do not result in the determination of the final location of the boundaries. These inspections are of little use to the home owner.
